Who We Are

Founded in 1986, we are a running club based in Liss on the border of Hampshire and West Sussex within the South Downs National Park.

While relatively small with some 140 members, we are a very active and social running club, with members coming from Liss, Petersfield, Bordon and surrounding villages.

We welcome all abilities and ages, no one is too old or too slow.  We offer a range of activities from social through to competition.

  • Social runs including (summer) pub runs and nights out
  • Structured interval training and (summer) track sessions
  • Club representation at open races and park runs, Hampshire Road Race League and Southern Cross Country League as well as the Club's summer handicap race series
  • Hosting the Harting 10, a tail race set within the South Downs National Park.

Liss Runners are affiliated to English Athletics.

* The Club unfortunately can only accept members ages 18 and over.
