We are based in Liss, Hampshire and have members coming from Liss, Petersfield, Bordon and surrounding villages. We have runners of all ages and abilities.
If you would like to join or try us out first, come to one of our training sessions and talk to any of us about membership. Membership starts from £15 - £30 per year (£30 fully affiliated to England Athletics)

Liss Runners Awards Night
A night of celebration for Liss Runner's Achievements over the last year was held at the Half Moon Pub on 21st September. Alison organised the night really well with the help of Catherine and put together a Rascals raffle which was hilarious once prizes started getting swapped around the room and Tom who still after all these years does so much for the club put together a quiz which was fun.

Emsworth to Basingstoke Relay ( E2B )
On a sunny hot Saturday 11th May, the Liss Runners Ladies Team won out of the ladies category and came 3rd overall , what an incredible achievement !!
The Rose's Rebels Team also took part in the mixed race, made up of Liss Runners too and had a great day of relay running. Well done all!
